The National Relay Service (NRS) will enhance its web portal, Mobile App and Helpdesk features and functions on 9 April 2025. These changes are based on User feedback and designed to make it easier for everyone to use the NRS service. With these updates, Users can expect a smoother navigation experience, quicker access to important information, and better support from the Helpdesk.
The changes include:
- Option for full screen mode in the NRS web chat interface
- Dynamic height adjustment of the NRS web chat box window
- Changing the position of the "Send Message" button in the NRS web chat
- Uniform design for radio buttons in the NRS web chat interface
- Start a new chat or captions call from the "My Recent Calls" list in the NRS web portal
- Sorting option for the "My Recent Calls" list in the NRS web portal on mobile
- GA and SKSK buttons for the NRS Mobile App
- RO Typing indicator for Android devices for the NRS Mobile App
- NRS Users and potential Users can now share their screens with Helpdesk Agents to get support with account configuration and registration issues.
